Sometime has passed since my carpet, tile and vinyl was installed and I meant to send in my "Customer Satisfaction Survey" but kept putting it off until tomorrow. However, it is very important that I express my satisfaction for the outstanding service provided to me. My first contact with Carpet One employees was with Kevin, who came out to measure the square footage of the rooms I needed flooring and tiles placed in. He was very quick and efficient in getting the numbers he needed and answering any questions I had. Afterward he was very prompt in getting back to me with teh more than acceptable estimate. This first contact left me knowing that I would be well take care of by professionals. Your salesperson Lisa went out of her way to help me choose the products I needed to complete my remodel. When those items were found to be unavailabe she took it upon herself to make a selection based ont he criteria we had discussed on my initial visit. When I returned to the showroom to confirm her selection or to choose another, I found that she had picked flooring and tile that I liked better than before. This young lady was very helpful and professional working with me, the customer, and she has a good eye for goes together in a room. There was some conflict with the scheduling of the installation of the carpet in that the scheduler Brandon had said it would be a few weeks before it could be installed. I was willing to go ahead and set the date with him but had explained to him that my Realtor was going to list the house and start showing it the next Monday. Brandon said that he had a couple of installers who might not be able to work on a project at a school and would call me right back. When he called back he said that they indeed would be able to complete the job before Monday and scheduled them to do the job. I would have been sta — R.I.
